What is your exchange policy?

Our goal is to make sure that each and every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We want to help our customers find the product that best suits them and their lifestyle.  We strongly recommend contacting our customer service team to see what products are suitable for your skin type before your purchase. We understand that not all skin care products are suitable for all skin types so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.



How can I return or exchange my product?

Connect with our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the products

We want to make sure that we understand your reason for wanting to return so that we can make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience with Herbs’ Oil. We can also recommend products for exchanges. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
