"Postpartum Mom Hair Growth Good Timing" Terms and Conditions

This event is organized by Herbs'Oil. By participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. Eligibility:

 - Only Hong Kong residents (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") are eligible to participate in this event.

- Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Instagram account.

2. Event Dates:

- Phase 1: June 5 to June 17, 2024

- Phase 1 Results Announcement: June 21, 2024
- Material Submission: On or before July 20, 2024

3. Participation Method:

- Participants must follow @Herbsoilhk on Instagram and like this post.

- Participants must comment on this post and share "Why do you want to try the Hair Regrowth series?".

4. Material Submission:

- The 5 selected participants must submit the following materials by July 20. We will select suitable photos for future promotional use:

    - Photos: A photo with "Nourwish Rebirth Shampoo" and before-and-after comparison photos.

    - Review: Write a review of 50 words or more after using "Nourwish Rebirth Shampoo".

    - All submitted photos and reviews must be original works of the participant and must not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Prizes:

- Participants must become a member and show proof of a baby photo at the Tai Wai pop-up store.

- Selected participants will receive the following gifts for free: one bottle of "Nourwish Rebirth Shampoo" and a HK$500 cash voucher.

- All cash vouchers are only applicable to regular-priced products.

- The HK$500 cash voucher will be sent within 7 working days after material submission.

- If the photos do not meet the requirements, Herbs'Oil reserves the right to ask participants to resubmit suitable photos and reserves the right to send the HK$500 cash voucher.

6. Disclaimer:

- Herbs'Oil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise from participating in this event.

- Herbs'Oil shall not be responsible for any delays, losses, errors, or inability to identify due to technical issues such as computer or network problems.

7. Final Decision:

- Herbs'Oil reserves the right to the final interpretation and modification of this event. In case of any dispute, Herbs'Oil reserves the right to make the final decision.
